The level of support received once a product or service is sold is a key factor in deciding which company to purchase from. Our support capabilities include a highly skilled and trained support team which covers 7.30am - 11:30pm, 7 days a week with extra cover available if required for Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays until 4.00am. When making a call to the help desk you will get a person not a machine to sort out the problem there and then. Our extended support caters for hardware, software and user problems. Because we offer a complete solution, there is never any confusion with third party suppliers. Our support team can quickly establish whether a software or hardware problem.
Hardware Maintenance.
Our 8-hour response time for hardware failures ensures the register or computer is never down long. Our systems have built-in redundancy, so down-time due to failure is rare. Our skilled field engineers will either repair or replace the equipment that has failed. Our national coverage allows any site in the United Kingdom or mainland Europe to be serviced, quickly and efficiently.
Software Maintenance.
As our software is continually being developed and updated; the software maintenance package ensures that your version of the Cratos hospitality suite is always up-to-date.
