Customer profile: Loch Fyne

Loch Fyne restaurants (as part of tier one retailer Greene King) has been a Cratos client for ten years now and has grown to 45 sites, from Edinburgh to Portsmouth. All of these use Cratos EPOS and the majority use Hand Held Ordering too.

In addition Cratos supplies its own designed back office reporting system linking to the Cratos Head Office analytics system at Greene King's Bury St Edmunds HQ.

The Cratos developed handheld software mimics the basic functionality of the Cratos EPOS registers. Food and drink orders can be taken and assigned to tables, prepping to the stations and integrating to the existing EPOS database. A check can be printed to give to the customer and then payment can be taken at the table via the handheld and the server banking concept.

The company has also installed the Cratos EPOS and integrated weighing scales and label printing solution into its new fishmonger shop in Wimbledon.
